Why We Are So Good At Finding Wholesale Deals

Most new investors try and call a real estate agent to find them houses. The problem with this strategy is that real estate agents receive almost no training on wholesale deals, buying bank owned properties, foreclosures and short sales. And agents work on commissions. We act as principals. We do not work on commissions. We do not search the MLS for properties like agents do.
